2. For information purposes — not financial advice
All content and tools on this site are for information purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Tool results (IBAN validity, cost estimates, transfer times, etc.) are estimates and structural; exact values, fees and conditions vary by the relevant financial institution.
3. Limits on the use of the tools
- The tools are provided "as is"; fitness for a particular purpose is not guaranteed.
- Results depend on the accuracy of the data you enter and of the open standards used (MOD-97, ISO 9362, ISO 13616).
- Bank/country data is compiled from official sources; it may change and may be delayed. Fields that cannot be verified are marked "Not verified".
4. Data, scraping and API use
- You may crawl the pages reasonably and quote them with attribution.
- Automated bulk scraping, excessive requests or any use that disrupts the service is not accepted.
- On-site query endpoints (e.g. /api/*) are provided only for the site's own tools; there is no commitment to a documented public API, and they may change without prior notice.
5. Third-party links
The site may contain links to official institution and bank pages. SEPA.tr is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
6. Limitation of liability
SEPA.tr makes reasonable efforts for the accuracy of the content and tool results but does not guarantee that they are error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, it cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the tools.
7. Intellectual property
The original site content belongs to IdaOps Yazılım Ltd. Şti.; reasonable quotation with attribution is permitted. The rights to official documents and data belong to the relevant institutions.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction (rights arising from consumer legislation are reserved).
